Marbling Week 2

First Sheet, let the paint form the stone by flicking large and small drops of paint, then just flecks with teh whisk.
Same as above, the yellow needs more intensity
Monday's class: 2nd sheet
The paint did not form teh desired stones, I moved the patterns with a toothpick
Not too good. I need to move the rakes more evenly.

Marbling Week 2

My enthusiasm is level now. I have a goal: each week I will have a class with a plan, and 2 or 3 practice sessions.

The class was exciting, we reviewed a basic pattern called "Stone" and build the vocabulary with "Get Gel" and "Gothic". After practicing the strokes, we pulled a few sheets of each pattern.

Then, I made a few sheets on my own. Stone, Get Gel, and Gothic with a couple of freeforms.I am presenting the results of week 2; I think I am getting better.
